Company

Mobicage NVGeert Audenaert and Carl D’Halluin are two cloud industry veterans. They are experts in building scalable and secure communication clouds. They invented an innovative and user-friendly way to facilitate interactive communication on your smartphone, tablet or desktop. Early 2011, they founded the company Mobicage NV to bring this technology to the market. Mobicage is based in Ghent, one of the oldest cities of Belgium.

Mobicage develops the Rogerthat Platform: a platform for automating communication flows between organizations and people, using rich, interactive messages on a smartphone or on a PC. The Rogerthat Platform can be used in a large number of automation scenarios, such as field force automation, emergency communication, interactive data gathering, alerting of on call personnel, rich interaction with readers of printed magazines or ads, and many more.

Using the graphical Message Flow Designer, non-technical users can automate communication flows such as questionnaires, contests, invitations, support workflows, notifications, news flashes, deals of the day, … and get detailed reports on how recipients responded. For advanced usage or integration with preexisting backend systems, a rich programming API is available.

Technology Group

Mobicage is part of the Green IT Globe technology group.

Green IT Globe sees a need to perceive IT in another way, a mind change in how companies are dealing with IT today. IT has become the most important element next to electricity and oil in our economy, since it helps us humans to make our lives easier, better organised and more efficient.

However, IT has become for many a hurdle and sometimes even a threat, since IT has become too complex to use and to understand.

What if we could use Green IT just like electricity, where we can consume it by the unit and pay for what we use.

Green IT Globe is bringing a series of innovations that help others to run greener and more efficient IT. Green IT Globe collaborates with visionary IT companies to innovate all aspects of IT, from datacenters to SaaS. This includes energy management, security, high density racks, IaaS, PaaS, and much more.
